Parece muito complicado ter positividade em tempos de crise, mas saiba que você não está sozinha. Estamos enfrentando uma enorme falta de perspectiva para a vida. As notícias, as falências e todos os acontecimentos sociais e políticos, têm desestruturado muitas pessoas.
Em um clima de incertezas, é natural ser tomada pelo negativismo. Mas, se não podemos mudar os fatos, como podemos nos comportar diante deles?
E pensando em ajudar você a ficar mais otimista, em meio a este caos, preparei 5 passos simples e essenciais que vão te deixar mais confiante.
Como ter positividade em tempos de crise
Uma pessoa positiva é mais esperançosa. Então, continue lendo e entenda como pode se tornar mais otimista.
Passo 1- Conecte-se com as coisas boas do passado
Lembrar de coisas boas na dor, é um pouco difícil, mas essa é uma forma mais simples e eficaz de trazer serenidade para a sua mente.
Separe um momento para rever fotos e lembrar-se de como foi vivenciar aqueles momentos. Se você é mãe, retorne à primeira vez que ouviu o choro do seu filho.
Veja como fazer:
- Evocar boas memórias fica mais simples, se você fechar os olhos, elevar a cabeça para cima e formar um leve sorriso nos lábios;
- Prepare um bate papo de recordações boas com aqueles que estão perto de você, conte histórias, dê risadas.
Passo 2 – Aceite o momento
Viver no tempo presente, é um desafio para muitas pessoas. E o hábito de estar com a mente no passado ou no futuro, são as causas de transtornos de saúde, como a depressão e ansiedade.
Porém, quando estamos no presente, é mais fácil aceitar as circunstâncias do momento e fazer o que pode ser feito. Viver o hoje, é a mais pura e simples demonstração de quem tem confiança nas leis universais.
Passo 3 – Saia do controle
Não é possível ter controle sobre tudo o que acontece em nossa vida. É muito difícil para o controlador ter positividade, pois, para ele tudo tem que acontecer de uma determinada forma.
A primeira ação, é admitir que temos limitações sobre os fenômenos externos a nós mesmos. Por isso, sair do controle é se entregar a vida, é confiar que está exatamente onde deveria estar.
Vai ser muito útil você listar todas as ações que dependem de você. Depois disso, se dedique a elas. Vai perceber como a vida fica mais leve.
Passo 4 – Busque a serenidade
Toda pessoa que sabe ajustar a rota da sua vida, tem saúde emocional nas adversidades e alcança a serenidade.
Para isso, crie o hábito de ter um plano “B”, essa prática vai te ajudar a fazer ajustes, sempre que surgir um contratempo.
É claro que ninguém estava preparado para essa pandemia, mas as pessoas que naturalmente têm o hábito de criar estratégias para os momentos difíceis, se saem mais fortalecidas das dificuldades.
Passo 5 – Pratique atos de bondade
Fazer o bem é a forma de perceber que não está sozinho no mundo, e de que sua vida pode ser útil para ajudar alguém. Além disso, te faz tirar o foco dos seus próprios problemas.
É comum em tempos de crise, descobrirmos quanta bondade existe no ser humano. Ongs, projetos humanitários e manifestações isoladas, sempre se destacam nesses momentos.
Assim, toda vez que se ver lamentando da sua situação, procure praticar um ato de bondade, sempre tem alguém ao seu lado precisando de um pouco da sua atenção. Em tempos de crise é muito gratificante se sentir importante na vida de alguém.
Então minha amiga, esses foram os cinco passos para ter positividade em tempos de crise. Eles são essenciais porque sempre foram usados pela humanidade.
