Dentre tantos fatores que levam uma pessoa a não se aceitar, está a imposição dos padrões de beleza sociais.
Como se não bastassem os conflitos existenciais e os traumas de infância, ainda temos que lidar com as comparações da beleza exterior que vai desde o tipo de pele até o formato do corpo.
Por isso hoje, quero conversar com você sobre a importância da autoaceitação e como desenvolver amor-próprio. Continue lendo para saber mais.
A importância da autoaceitação
Como eu gosto muito de entender os conceitos das palavras, deixa eu te explicar que autoaceitação significa amar-se com todas as suas virtudes e falhas.
Diante dessa definição, aceitar-se é amar quem você é. Sendo assim, não há o que mudar no seu corpo, mas apenas viver com o melhor de você a cada dia.
A autoaceitação é importante, porque é através dela que você pode elevar a sua autoestima e transformar a sua forma de se enxergar, aumentando assim, o seu próprio bem-estar.
O complicado hábito de seguir padrões de beleza
Vamos dar uma palhinha sobre o hábito de seguir padrões de beleza. O fato das mulheres não se aceitarem, vem da comparação com os outros. Ao longo dos milênios, já passamos por vários tipos de padrões de comportamentos impostos pela sociedade.
Quer fosse sobre o modelo de filha ou de esposa perfeita ou a relação com a etnia / classe social. Sempre fomos bombardeadas com modelos do que é ser a mulher ideal.
A verdade é que nunca aprendemos a nos admirar pelo que somos, sempre sofremos com a crueldade da comparação.
Afinal, tudo sempre girou em torno de ser agradável aos olhos de quem vê.
No entanto, hoje, na era da informação, estamos sendo convocadas a respeitar e amar quem somos, bem como amar e aceitar as outras pessoas sem julgamentos.
Sei que não é fácil, porque os padrões já foram instalados em nossa mente e tendemos a acessar o conceito ou preconceito que temos. Porém, treinar a autoaceitação é libertador.
Como acabar com os padrões de beleza?
Agora que sabe de onde saiu essa história de você não se aceitar, é hora de acabar de vez com essa bagunça na sua mente. Siga estes passos e me conte nos comentários se você já pensou nisso.
1 – Pare de se comparar – esse é o seu primeiro desafio. Então, seja paciente com o seu aprendizado. Quando se perceber comparando, respire e diga eu me amo e me aprovo, eu sou maravilhosa.
2 – Procure se conhecer cada vez mais. Quais são seus gostos, as suas necessidades, qual estilo valoriza a sua personalidade?
3 – Trabalhe o autoperdão, todos nós falhamos em algum momento. Então, não se puna quando errar, apenas aprenda com a experiência.
4 – Se afaste de pessoas e situações que te causem mal-estar. Nem todos estão buscando se desenvolver como você. Apenas as deixe no seu templo de ignorância, e siga o seu próprio caminho de iluminação.
5 – Procure conhecer pessoas que te façam bem, assim como você, existem várias mulheres aprendendo a se aceitar. E sempre que possível esteja perto delas.
6 – Se não conseguir fazer essas mudanças, sozinha, procure ajuda profissional. Assim, vai conseguir praticar a autoaceitação de maneira prática e organizada.
7 – Invista nos seus sonhos, isso pode ser na área pessoal ou profissional. O importante é fazer aquilo que acreditou que só os outros conseguiam.
Quando você aprende a se aceitar, encontra a certeza de viver a sua vida com plenitude e alegria.
