Difícil falar sobre julgamento atualmente, já que o tema é muito abrangente e, de certa forma, nos é imposto que devemos ter uma opinião pronta sobre todas as coisas.
Mas ser seletivo quanto a isso é muito importante, para que possamos saber quando devemos impor nossa opinião. Para não sermos intrusos na vida dos outros, desrespeitando limites, privacidade e o direito das outras pessoas de ser, ter e fazer o que elas quiserem. Devemos pensar com a devida atenção neste sentido
Outra coisa importante a fazer é procurar estar bem-informado sobre o assunto no qual está sendo analisado para não criticar precipitadamente ou até mesmo atribuir alguma forma de preconceito, afinal ao mesmo tempo em que hoje julgamos, amanhã poderemos ser julgados; pois todos cometemos erros. Quando requerida e dita na hora certa, a crítica construtiva é bem-vinda e útil. Ou seja, quando a pessoa te dá abertura e te conta algo, pedindo sua opinião e ajuda. Nessas horas devemos ser o mais justo e calmo possível e mostrar que há outras formas de avaliar e resolver o problema sem maiores transtornos.
Fato curioso é perceber que julgamos com mais peso nossos familiares e pessoas próximas porque queremos exigir perfeição deles; mas nos esquecemos de que ninguém é perfeito. Muitas vezes quando julgamos e queremos impor uma conduta ou nossas ideias a outros, não nos atentamos ao fato de que podemos estar sendo voluntariosos querendo impor uma vontade que pode não ter uma razão de ser por simples capricho. Nesse caso o jogo muda de figura, pois o errado passa a ser você importunando os outros com sua conduta; olhar para isso, pode ser o início de uma mudança.
Somos sábios quando entendemos que, às vezes, temos que guardar nossa opinião para nós mesmos e aceitar o outro a partir do que ele julga ser o certo e de todo o conjunto de circunstâncias daquela situação envolvida.
Ter empatia, se colocando na posição do outro, pensando em como você receberia as palavras que você tem a dizer, pode ser um bom exercício para o não julgamento.
Saiba ouvir atentamente, ficando calado se necessário, ajudando a pessoa a raciocinar a respeito do que ela está dizendo e assim encontrar a resposta que ela procura.
Se dê a oportunidade de conhecer quem está do seu lado aceitando e aprendendo com ele. Olhe para si mesmo antes de julgar alguém, procure avaliar suas atitudes e corrigir seus erros. Lembre-se que as palavras têm poder, tanto para edificar como para ferir. Nós temos a liberdade para pensar como queremos, mas não temos o direito de ser desumanos com o nosso próximo. Dê ao outro o benefício da dúvida, às vezes a atitude daquela pessoa não tem a ver com você e sim com a dor dela.
Interessante notar que temos gostos diferentes, reagimos de forma diferente diante das situações e o que me afeta pode não afetar você do mesmo modo e vice-versa.
A diversidade de pessoas nesse nosso mundo é tão grande quanto a nossa facilidade de julgar causando prejuízo, falando delas sem conhecê-las antecipadamente.
Julgar o outro é o mesmo que não entender, porque essa pessoa age de tal forma que não conhecemos a sua história e o que ela viveu que a fez ser quem ela é hoje e não sabemos o quanto nosso julgamento pode afetá-la.
Gostamos de ser aceitos, que pensem bem de nós e se preocupem com a gente e quando isso não acontece, nos sentimos reprimidos, incompreendidos e frustrados.
