Você sabe qual é seu Perfil Comportamental?
Quanto mais você sabe sobre si, melhor é a sua relação com as pessoas e o mundo ao seu redor. Quando não sabemos como funcionamos, podemos gerar, entre outras coisas, uma grande falha de comunicação – seja ela verbal ou não.
Segundo a metodologia DISC, existem 4 fatores comportamentais que podemos entender para conhecer nosso perfil e fazer a diferença em todos os nossos relacionamentos: Dominância, Influência, Estabilidade e Conformidade.
Cada um desses fatores possui características próprias e todos nós possuímos os quatro fatores, mas em porcentagens diferentes. É essa combinação especial que faz com que sejamos indivíduos com comportamentos únicos.
Este método foi desenvolvido no início dos anos de 1920 pelo psicólogo americano Willian Moulton Marston, doutor em psicologia e advogado formado em Harvard. Segundo Marston, essas características vêm 50% do nosso DNA e 50% são construídas a partir da nossa interação com o meio em que vivemos.
São características do fator Dominância: rapidez, atividade, otimismo, motivação, dinamismo, independência. Quem tem este fator em alta gosta de ter o controle da situação e geralmente faz as coisas do seu jeito. São os líderes natos que não têm medo de enfrentar desafios e assumir risco, além de serem indivíduos com muita disposição física e que buscam sempre resultados concretos com muita determinação.
Já o fator Influência abarca aqueles que são bastante extrovertidos e têm muita facilidade para se comunicar. Eles conseguem persuadir outras pessoas com sua comunicação desenvolta e são muito otimistas na busca pela realização de seus objetivos, com muita criatividade e uma capacidade enorme de adaptabilidade. São pessoas imaginativas e conseguem sempre trazer o grupo para cumprir suas ideias.
Aqueles do fator Estabilidade são indivíduos muito organizados, estáveis e pacientes. São aqueles que sabem ponderar as coisas e entendem que tudo tem seu tempo para acontecer. Dificilmente perdem o controle, adoram uma rotina e sentem-se muito bem quando estão ao lado de pessoas mais dinâmicas. As decisões tomadas por eles nunca são feitas sob pressão e eles preferem respirar fundo antes de agir.
Por último, aqueles do fator Conformidade têm características bastante peculiares, pois gostam de planejar e seguir regras já estabelecidas. São muito inteligentes e analíticos – fato que faz com que estejam sempre na defensiva e atentos a todos os detalhes ao seu redor. Costumam ser pessoas individualistas e rígidas, mas no geral são tranquilas e discretas em suas ações, pois não gostam de chamar atenção.
É muito importante saber identificar seu perfil de comportamento para poder se conhecer melhor e desenvolver relações mais saudáveis com todos ao seu redor. Agora que você já tem algumas informações, pode mergulhar nesse conhecimento sem medo.
