Eu vou começar esse texto afirmando que reclamar é tóxico e quero te levar a refletir durante alguns minutos sobre seus atos e o quanto esse hábito está prejudicando sua vida!
Enquanto a gratidão eleva nossa energia, a reclamação reduz, diminuindo nosso poder de atração!
Geralmente temos alguém bem próximo a nós que reclama de tudo ou sobre tudo! A culpa é sempre do outro! Ou porque deixou de fazer algo, ou porque fez algo que alcançou resultados que discorda! Ou reclama porque está chovendo, está calor, está frio, está claro, está escuro, ganha pouco, alguém tirou seu lugar! A lista é bem grande!
Identificou alguém? Conhece pessoas assim?
Provavelmente conhece! E, já percebeu como é a vida dessa pessoa?
E você, se identificou? Tem ficado mais na reclamação do que na ação?
Agora pense um minuto: você já teve a oportunidade de observar se reclama mais ou agradece mais? Está percebendo só o que falta, ou tem agradecido pelo que conquistou?
E quero que entenda que agradecer é diferente de acomodar-se! Gratidão pelo que se tem é reconhecer sua responsabilidade por essas conquistas. Esse é um dos passos que leva para a próxima conquista.
O fato é que é bem mais fácil reclamar, apontar as falhas dos outros, viver na escassez, se eximindo da responsabilidade que nos cabe. E, posso te contar um segredo?
Evoluímos um pouco mais enquanto ser humano, quando nos responsabilizamos pelos nossos resultados e agradecemos de verdade pelo que temos!

Parece até inevitável reclamar! Sempre aparece algo para nos aborrecer, chamar nossa atenção para o que “julgamos” errado. Acreditamos que o nosso ponto de vista está sempre certo e para isso, alguém precisa estar errado.
É a eterna luta do bem contra o mal!
E se de repente, sob um olhar mais maduro, percebêssemos que cada um pode formar uma opinião sobre determinado assunto e isso não significa que está certo ou errado, mas sim que todos temos direitos?
Ao assumirmos a responsabilidade sobre nossos atos, nos firmamos como capazes e protagonistas dos nossos resultados.
Mas, nos assumimos como vítimas, para termos sempre o que reclamar e ficar no superficial. Sem olhar para o que realmente importa!

“A própria natureza nos traz um exemplo de que estamos cercados de abundância! Observe uma pequena árvore! Você consegue contar as folhas dessa árvore? Imagina contar as folhas de todas as árvores de um jardim? E de uma floresta inteira?”
Esse é um exemplo de que o mundo é abundante! Basta perceber a sua volta.
Parar de reclamar não é omitir, deixar de fazer! Muito pelo contrário! É entrar em ação! É fazer o que precisa ser feito! É parar de colocar no outro, a responsabilidade que é nossa!
Agora, vou te dar uma dica de ouro: todos os dias, antes de dormir, anote pelo menos três coisas pelo que é grato e agradeça de verdade! Adormeça nessa energia! Faça isso por pelo menos 30 dias! Depois, avalie seus resultados! E, se possível, volte aqui para me contar! Até a próxima…
