Está é minha primeira postagem aqui no site e convido você, leitor, a entender sobre mudança e transformação e como fazer isso em sua vida?
Primeiro, entenda que quem você é começa agora!
Com uma mudança, é possível voltar atrás. Mas, a transformação, não. Quando se é transformado é irreversível.
Minha missão é utilizar meus conhecimentos e habilidades para o desenvolvimento de outras pessoas. Procuro ajudar da melhor forma possível para que o coaching possa identificar e reconhecer que só ele pode mudar e viver o melhor possível. Ele tem potencial, só precisa usar as técnicas e ferramentas corretas. O papel do coach não é ensinar, dar opinião, ou sugestões, mas sim, fazer com que seu coaching possa explorar e acessar melhor seu potencial e descobrir que no decorrer de sua história tem o desafio de encontrar esse potencial ou se descobrir nele. Com isso, vai viver em maior equilíbrio em sua evolução na vida.
É evidente que possíveis dúvidas, medos e crenças, possam surgir ao longo da jornada. Como coach, meu papel é fazer com que meu coaching aprenda a lidar eles e saiba reconhecer esses inimigos que podem atrapalhar o sucesso dele. Tudo isso é possível, com técnicas que serão aplicadas durante as sessões.
Todo ser humano tem em sua vida algo que terá de enfrentar. Desafios, medos e crenças atacam o ser humano: medo de casar, sair de casa, perder o emprego, ficar só, a pobreza, as críticas, as doenças, o medo de perder algo ou alguém… lhes afirmo, é inevitável o medo da morte, seja por quem você ama ou a sua própria morte.
Tudo isto existe e muitos vivem assim por terem medo até mesmo do novo, da transformação. Você é capaz de aprender a lidar com todos esses medos e controlar! Pois, tudo que pensamos inconscientemente, estamos atraindo.
O ponto positivo é que, tudo que podemos pensar, podemos controlar. Somos dotados de absoluto domínio dos pensamentos, seja ele qual for. Possuir medo em uma quantidade certa, pode até ajudar a sobreviver e faz parte da vida. O que não pode, é se deixar ser tomado por ele. Traumas, medos e pensamentos podem causar danos terríveis em nossas mentes e corpos, tornando e deixando grande parte deles governarem nossas decisões e atraindo pensamentos nocivos, que contribuem para o desenvolvimento de doenças silenciosas, como por exemplo, o câncer e outras que se instalam no ser humano. Não perca e não deixe que nada tire de você a coragem de encarar e combater de frente os seus medos. Diga com todas as forças ao seu medo: “eu sou saudável, mereço e me permito viver o melhor. Você e nem ninguém vai tirar de mim a vontade de vencer. Eu sou mais que vencedor(a)!”.
