Você conhece a história do sábio fazendeiro chinês? Talvez não conheça, por isso vou contar brevemente para contextualizar a reflexão que trago aqui.
“Era uma vez um fazendeiro chinês. Certo dia, um de seus cavalos fugiu. Seus vizinhos vieram até ele, comentando como aquele acontecimento era uma infelicidade. O fazendeiro respondeu: “Pode ser”.
No dia seguinte, o cavalo que fugiu voltou, trazendo com ele mais sete cavalos selvagens. Os vizinhos surgiram mais uma vez, dizendo que isso era uma grande sorte. O fazendeiro respondeu: “Pode ser sorte ou pode ser azar”.
Depois disso, o filho do fazendeiro, ao tentar domar um dos cavalos selvagens, caiu, e quebrou uma perna. Os vizinhos vieram então lamentar o ocorrido, dizendo que aquilo era muito desagradável. O fazendeiro respondeu: “Pode ser”.
Logo após, oficiais do exército que estavam recrutando soldados surgiram, mas não levaram o filho do fazendeiro por causa da sua perna quebrada. Os vizinhos vieram ao fazendeiro falando sobre como aquilo era maravilhoso, que sorte ele teve, e ele respondeu: “Pode ser sorte ou azar”
Assim, a reflexão que quero partilhar com vocês é:
Você tem controle sobre o que acontece externamente?
Você pode prever qual será o desfecho dos acontecimentos?
A vida do outro pode ser comparada à sua?
Focar no problema vai fazer com que você consiga resolvê-lo?
Se você respondeu não à maioria das perguntas, talvez signifique que você já tenha um mindset de crescimento. Ou talvez tenha te ajudado a repensar certos conceitos.
Uma vez ouvi essa frase: “O tamanho do problema reflete o seu tamanho”. Se você acha que tudo é muito difícil, ou que você não é capaz o suficiente, ou que tudo acontece com você; provavelmente você se diminui, então seus problemas serão grandes. Já o contrário, se você tem autoconfiança, elevada autoestima, procura olhar sempre para a solução; você se torna uma pessoa grande, e logo, seus problemas serão pequenos.
Assim, não temos controle do externo, apenas do interno e a forma como enxergamos o problema, é o problema. De nada adianta gastar sua energia, ficar com raiva, ficar desesperado com algo que não está no seu controle, não é verdade?
A forma como vemos algo, o mundo, a realidade será diferente para cada pessoa. E por que isso acontece? Por que cada um vê e interpreta o seu redor de acordo com o seu interior, com seus valores e suas crenças. E então, para mudar isso, precisamos expandir o que chamamos de mapa mental, através do autoconhecimento e de um processo em direção a um mindset de crescimento.
Dessa forma, citarei aqui algumas sugestões para que você comece a desenvolver, cada vez mais, uma mente aberta e expanda sua consciência:
- Antes de julgar alguém ou algum acontecimento, procure refletir sobre as diversas possibilidades daquilo ter acontecido daquela forma ou daquela pessoa ter agido como tal;
- Quando algo te acontecer e você achar que não foi tão bacana, procure olhar para os ensinamentos que você pode tirar disso, sem se culpar ou procurar culpados e muito menos desculpas;
- Preste atenção nos seus pensamentos, você acha que eles são mais positivos ou negativos? Eles te aproximam ou te afastam dos seus objetivos?
- E reflita, qual é a historinha que você vem contando para si mesmo todos os dias? De uma pessoa bem resolvida, que acredita em si e que se orgulha da própria vida? Ou será se é de uma pessoa que se sente fracassada, que se vitimiza e sempre tem uma justificativa para não ter a vida que deseja?
Ter uma vida boa ou ruim só depende de nós mesmos. Não importa o que te acontece, e sim como você reage ao que te acontece! Pode ser sorte ou pode ser azar. E se acha que essa mudança não é fácil, uma outra sugestão é: busque ajuda! Eu estou aqui para te auxiliar a chegar onde você deseja. Até o próximo post!
