Você está feliz com o corpo que carrega?
Eu já me perguntei várias vezes, coisas como:
“Eu sou feliz como estou ou preciso de mudanças?”
“Como faço pra mudar os meus hábitos? Vai ser fácil?”
A resposta é “sim”, se o seu foco e objetivo for esse, e “não”, se permanecer prostrado e procrastinando. Só não saia por aí fazendo loucuras, não vai ser legal.
Sou instrutora de pilates há sete anos e coach pela Sociedade Internacional do Mindset. Me deparo com alunos interessados em emagrecer e ter uma vida saudável ou que vêm até mim para fazer o tratamento das lesões e/ou patologias pré existentes. E olha, que são casos intensos e muito interessantes.
Certo dia, uma aluna chegou chorando e apresentando um certo desespero, me perguntou: “Você acha que eu emagreci demais?”. Eu, com muita alegria e sem entender, respondi: “Sim, está mais magra, vai alcançar o seu objetivo mais rápido, está fazendo caminhada diariamente, pilates, cuidando da casa e isso emagrece muito, não é ótimo?”. “Mas você acha que estou parecendo doente?”, ela questionou. “Doente? Por quê?”, surpresa perguntei. Com lágrimas nos olhos, ela me relatou que sua amiga estava com câncer e havia emagrecido muito, por isso estava com medo.
“Uma coisa não tem nada a ver com a outra”, respondi e continuei: “Não se desespere, traçamos uma meta, você foi orientada e está fazendo tudo de acordo, logo, os resultados aparecem, não acha? Sua amiga está fazendo um tratamento pesado e invasivo, não podíamos esperar resultados diferentes. Agora, você está saudável, ativa e cheia de energia não se deixe influenciar, vai te fazer mal, tanto emocionalmente, quanto fisicamente.” Ela sorriu e sentiu um certo alívio.
Moral da história, olhe pra si, não se compare. O problema dos outros pertencem a eles, ajude-os com o que tenha para oferecer, sem se maltratar e penalizar. O seu corpo interno e externo é a sua morada, cuide dele.
Essa é uma passagem interessante da minha profissão, alguém chorar porque está emagrecendo, mas o objetivo não era esse? Se muitos me procuram justamente para manter a boa forma? Interessante!
Orientações e questionamentos:
Como posso emagrecer? Qual é o segredo? Vou chegar a boa forma só fazendo pilates? Devo seguir um programa de emagrecimento?
Vamos por partes:
Pode emagrecer, mantendo uma alimentação saudável e de qualidade, fazendo atividades físicas regularmente. Não existe segredo, é só “fechar a boca” para alimentos e bebidas que tenham um baixo índice de nutrientes e que provavelmente não vão agregar na sua dieta, como por exemplo, refrigerantes e comidas processadas. “Viva a vida mais leve”.
Você pode chegar a boa forma fazendo pilates, mas depende da intensidade do treino, “se está fácil, está errado”, esse é o lema. Os exercícios de pilates não são só alongamentos, como dizem, não são só bolinhas e muito menos meditação/relaxamento, está longe disso e para chegar nos exercícios avançados, temos que suar a camisa, não é fácil!
Agora, com um programa de emagrecimento saudável e sem sofrimentos, tudo se encaixaria e realmente, ficaria completo! Vamos começar? Pratique saúde!
